This sautéed kale recipe is such a simple side dish and yet so delicious!
Ingredients
A large bunch of Kale
A dash of sea salt
1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Put a large pan over medium heat, throw your bunch of washed and cut kale into a pan with 2 Tbsp’s of Olive Oil and cover it with a lid. Make sure to remove the stems from the kale, they’re very fibrous and tough and don’t cook properly with the leaves.
Turn the kale often with a set of tongs until it’s wilted. Lastly, season with a pinch of salt and a little squeeze of lemon. I like to serve sautéed kale as a side with roasted chicken which you can find the recipe for here.
If you’re looking for something a little more indulgent try cooking two strips of bacon, remove them from the grease when cooked to your liking then put the kale directly into the bacon grease to sauté. Rip up the bacon into tiny pieces to sprinkle on top of the kale when you’re ready to serve.
